On a 15000 m2 large natural plot which goes all the way down to the beach on Jegindø is this cottage with panoramic views and a private path directly to the coast and the child-friendly sandy beach. The cottage with thatched roof is built on two levels and both from the ground floor and first floor there is an incredible view of the water. The first floor is furnished with a large living room with a large balcony with the most beautiful views. Ground floor is furnished with a large, combined living / dining room and kitchen. The living room is i.a. equipped with TV, DVD player, sitting area, wood stove and stereo with CD player. Free internet is installed in the house. The dining area is by the large panoramic windows, so you can enjoy the view along with the food. The well-equipped kitchen has i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob and cooker hood. Three bedrooms, all with double beds. Bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is a boat, a cot and a high chair in the house. A trampoline has been set up (used at your own risk / insurance) and there is a cozy fire place in the garden. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
