Exclusive cottage with whirlpool and sauna as well as various activities located on a natural plot in Nr. Lyngby about 500 meters from the sea. The cottage is modernly furnished with a kitchen combined with the living room and i.a. equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and stove. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a really good light. In the living room there are i.a. wood stove and TV. From the living room there is access to a large lovely terrace, of which 23 m2 is covered. Here there is always the opportunity for barbecue and coziness as well as sun or shade. The house is furnished with two good bathrooms with shower. In one there is also a 2-person whirlpool and access to the house's sauna. In addition, there are activity rooms. The sleeping quarters are divided into four rooms and two sleeping places on the loft of the house. The loft is divided into 2, with a small living area in the middle. The house is i.a. suitable for two families and has plenty of options for a good holiday. The house has a heat pump and is therefore cheap to heat. In the area there is a good playground for the children. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
