The home also features two large bathrooms with showers, a guest WC, and a practical utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and sink. The open-plan living area leads directly to a spacious covered terrace and the surrounding grounds, providing plenty of space for outdoor relaxation and gatherings. Just 4 km away is the charming old town of Dragør, known for its marina, cozy restaurants, cafés, and traditional smokehouse. Nature lovers will enjoy nearby Kalvebod Fælled, a large green area with cycling and walking paths. The property offers good public transport connections to Copenhagen, making sightseeing easy. Please note that occasional aircraft noise from nearby Kastrup Airport may be heard. Rental is not permitted to youth groups, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly stay.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
