The house offers comfortable lounge furniture, garden furniture, table and bench sets, and sun loungers. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is a pool table, a table tennis table that can be placed on top of the pool table, and electronic darts in the house's newly renovated garage. In addition, there is a mini table with three different games, including table football and air hockey. Kitchen/family room with ceramic hob, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, separate freezer, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is a high chair for the little ones. There is also a large smart TV with German, Danish, and international channels, as well as the option to stream your own TV services. In addition, the house offers two shelters (a children's version and an adult version), also with panoramic views of the water. Please note: The outdoor spa is only open from April 1 to November 1. It is closed during the winter and cannot be used. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
