In the heart of the old village of Argentière, Chalet Le Marti is a spacious 320m2. In addition to its many bedrooms and bathrooms, there is also a spacious living room and a dining room separated by a large fireplace. The chalet also offers a splendid view of Mont Blanc from the master suite, a terrace without vis-à-vis, a sauna in the basement and a jacuzzi located in the outdoor patio. Everything you need to relax after an intensive day of mountain activities.

The layout of the villa ensures optimal privacy: Chalet Le Marti is arranged on 4 levels, has 7 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and can accommodate up to 14 people, which is extremely rare in the Chamonix valley. It has been decorated with refined and timeless materials and displays a modern and warm style that will offer all the comfort of an exceptional property.

Entering the chalet takes you directly into the relaxation zone, passing the outdoor jacuzzi area, which leads you to the entrance on the ground floor. On the ground floor you will find a very spacious living room, with the kitchen and dining area open plan, all separated by a large modern fireplace. This floor is completed by a guest toilet and a staircase that leads above to the two floors of bedrooms or below to the sauna and the ski room.

By taking the stairs, you reach the 2nd then the 3rd floor where 7 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom are located, as well as a cinema area which can also be transformed into an extra bedroom. Most rooms can be configured as single or double beds.

On the lower floor, there will be storage space for skis, boots and other mountain equipment, and above all there will be access to the sauna in order to be able to recharge your batteries after a day in the mountains. On the ground floor, you can also relax in the outdoor jacuzzi.
