The property has 2 double bedrooms. Each bedroom includes link beds for the option of having a twin or double room. Recently renovated to a high standard with a new kitchen, bathroom, and redecorated throughout. Featuring high speed fibre broadband and a 50 inch smart TV. The property also has a designated parking space and a south facing rear garden. Please also note there is a £50 fully refundable damage deposit payable before check in.
Welcome to our recently renovated 2 bedroom spacious home a stone's throw from Leeds City Centre.
The beautiful space has 2 double bedrooms, and the beds can be made up as either king beds or 2 single beds in each room depending on your requirements. The main bedroom also has a desk and chair.
The house is fully equipped with a brand new kitchen, a comfortable living room with a 4 seater sofa, cuddle chair, and a 50 inch smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven / hob, fridge freezer and kettle. There is also a dining table and chairs to accommodate 4 guests.
Included within the property is high speed fibre broadband. To the rear of the property there is a small enclosed south facing garden and patio. There is also one free designated parking space to the rear of the property.
Leeds city centre can be accessed by a short bus ride, 6 minute drive, or 25 minute walk. Other nearby attractions include Leeds First Direct arena, Royal Armouries Museum, Trinity Shopping centre, and many more.
The property is also close to nearby hospitals, Leeds General infirmary and St James hospital.
This establishment does not accept parties and the entire building is no smoking. There are external cameras to the front and rear of the property. The property is intended for 4 guests only. If more than 4 guests are using the property without prior arrangement, you will be asked to leave as it is in breach if the terms and conditions. Please be respectful to the neighbours and the surrounding residents. We hope you enjoy your stay.

This beautiful space has been redecorated and furnished to provide a warm welcome. Top quality bedding and towels are provided, making for a more luxurious stay. A lot of thought has gone into many of the furnishings and finer details, which we hope don't go unnoticed. Enjoy fibre broadband whilst streaming on the 50" 4K TV, or a relaxed evening to unwind on the comfortable 4 seater sofa or cuddle chair. We hope you enjoy staying at this beautiful home from home.
