Central Cambridge is a lovely 20 minute walk or 7-minute cycle along the river Cam. Also easy access to the Science and Business parks. With a large lounge, and spacious south-facing kitchen and dining area opening leading on to a beautiful enclosed garden.

The property has 3 very large double bedrooms and 1 single, all large beds are kingsize. One of the double bedrooms is an impressive family suite with both a kingsize plus a single bed.
There is a large open plan living room and beautiful kitchen/breakfast room opening on to the South-west facing garden with large double glass doors. The property backs on to school playing fields so has a rural feel, even though it is so close to the centre of town.

Guests have full access to the whole house & large garden, nothing is shared.
There is even a secure garage
