This modern holiday apartment, newly renovated in 2021, leaves nothing to be desired. The light-flooded apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Ammerland, surrounded by nature full of charm and character, and will immediately give you a feeling of relaxation. The holiday apartment is perfect for two people. If necessary, four people can also stay overnight. There is also a sofa bed in the dressing room. The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a fireplace. The special lighting creates a beautiful ambience. The floor-to-ceiling windows in this area, as well as in the bedroom, offer plenty of light and a wonderful view of the garden. From here you have access to the covered south-facing terrace and the mature garden, which is at your sole disposal. The sun terrace is equipped with garden furniture and its own gas grill. A spacious box spring bed awaits you in the bedroom, where you can enjoy your well-deserved rest. In the adjacent bathroom with underfloor heating, a beautiful glass sauna awaits you where you can unwind. The apartment also has a guest toilet. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in your own utility room. Iron and ironing board are also available. A covered parking space directly at the house and a lockable bicycle room with the option to charge your e-bike are of course available to you free of charge - as is use of the sauna.
