The flat has a private driveway which is suitable for cars and medium sized vans which you are welcome to use during your stay. Light and comfortable, the flat is complete with a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils provided, and a dining table which seats 4 guests for cosy nights in!

I have lived in locally my whole life and have seen Southville blossom into one of the most desired areas in Bristol. I’ll be letting my home while I take some time to explore Europe and then the world (hence the feature wall). I would love for you to enjoy my home and explore some of the many charms, both on North Street and the nearby Wapping Wharf.
The flat has a private driveway which you are welcome to use during your stay, plus a space for a second car if necessary. Light and comfortable, the flat is complete with a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils provided, and a dining table which seats 4 guests for cosy nights in!

L'appartement a besoin de rénovation (peinture cuisine et salle de bains)

Le quartier est agréable mais l'appartement est humide (salle de bains à rénover), pas de papier toilette en arrivant et rideau de douche à changer).Un tabouret à revisser et il faudrait ajouter une table de nuit à l'une des chambres (pas pratique).
