Host cancelled on the morning we were due to check in. VRBO says that returned our money, but VRBO did not offer to rebook us.

The property is close to the City center , fairly clean . The apartament had no wifi through all our stay and that was a big issue for us . Host had very slow respond over 24 hours later .. Other than that good .

The room was fine and as described. We received the usual informational email a few days before but no information on key pickup. Starting 48 hours before we communicated through VRBO to get the access information with no luck. Manager kept wanting to communicate outside of the VRBO system. We finally got the cide as we waited at the door. Never received the wifi password. Of course the cleaner was waiting outside at 10 AM sharp . The only thing that was timely

The property was not usable so we left, risking loss of payment. The place, at street level, was very humid and with only one small window. This necessitated use of A/C and therefore blankets. Owner did not provide blankets and did not respond to assist us in to resolve following check-in. Wi-fi was useless. Cabinets in disrepair. Pots highly worn. Towels were small and highly worn. Mildew in bathroom. Do not book this place.

Poor communication with the host. Key code delivered two hours past the checkin time. The toiled was extremely unclean to not go into further details. Hairs along the sink. Dirty curtains and bed frames, crumbling paint near the toilet, no hand soap, two rollsOf toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days. Non responsiveness by the host after issues were raised.

De foto’s zijn duidelijk geflatteerd. Het voldeed aan behoefte, maar was minder luxe dan verwacht. Een gewone voldoende, al hebben we ook nog reparatie tips naar eigenaar gestuurd
