Baronetcy Kings Villa
The most upscale estate in the northern suburbs is Baronetcy Estate,
also known as the Constantia of the North. The way of life at Baronetcy
is characterised by a profound love and respect for the surrounding
nature, which includes the neighboring Tygerberg Nature Reserve and
several well-known wine farms nearby. This secure estate provides the
safety and the freedom to roam the grounds with peace of mind and with
the convenience of restaurants and shops close by; you’ll have
everything you need at your fingertips.
As you approach the driveway of this luxurious home, you are met by a
stunning architectural marvel with ample parking space for you and your
guests. When entering the front door, you are greeted by a
double-volume entrance hall with an abundance of natural light filling
the space. This property is well-appointed and has a luxurious
open-plan indoor, and outdoor flow. The downstairs space offers an
exquisite kitchen providing everything needed for a timeless
self-catering stay, a lavish lounge fitted with a gas fireplace, two
additional lounging areas, a built-in bar, a very inviting Jacuzzi and
an elegant dining space seating 8 people comfortably. All living areas
open onto the entertainers’ patio, a sparkling swimming pool, a
beautifully landscaped garden, and the most breathtaking view of the
iconic Table Mountain.
A wooden staircase leads you to the upstairs space which occupies a
sitting area fitted with a flat-screen TV, a study space as well as
immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a
gas fireplace and offers a balcony with spectacular views. All four
bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms including a shower, toilet and basin
with the main bedroom en-suite offering a bath. A shared bathroom is
available for guests to make use of. Daily housekeeping, linen and
towels are all included when staying at this majestic property.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
