Lovely stay in great location

A definite yes from us

i came for a long weekend with my two daughters my grandson and 2 dogs so as you can imagine…busy the house was exactly as the photos and very spacious the beds were very comfortable and room enough for your clothes literally minutes from the beech i would definitely recommend this cottage and hopefully we will be back

The bathroom could do with a good renovation and the skylight in there is very dusty… closer detail to overall cleanliness of wooden floors upstairs

Whitstable week

Excellently positioned for the beach and the town. We were really lucky with the parking but would imagine that it will be a bit of a problem in the summer months. The visit could be improved by having instruction manuals for all the appliances and lighting systems.

A wonderful place to stay!

We´ve enjoyed the cottage from the minute we walked in. A comfortable, clean, modern home for a perfect vacation. The back yard was stunning, we loved spending time there. Whitstable is such a cute and charming town, we will certanly return! The only issue, which we knew of before booking, was the parking situation. We took care of that problem in advance as we booked a private parking space for the whole week in the neighborhood. We absolutely loved the Starboard Light! Roger, Jennifer and Stella the Dog from Germany

Lovely weekend, beautiful house

Third stay in Whitstable and second time using Keepers Cottages. They are the most professional short stay company we have used and can not fault them. The house is lovely. More than comfortable for 4 people and the dogs enjoyed the garden and open space inside. Location is perfect for all of the Whitstable hot spots. Minutes walk to the beach and to the high street with all of the shops and restaurants. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back

Delightful house in perfect location

This house is delightful but unfortunately has been sadly neglected in certain areas...the patio window needs replacing, plinths in the kitchen are all loose, shower needs updating, lighting system is far too complicated in the rooms, some blinds are broken (in the garden lounge). When we were there it was baking hot and I can't believe that a house like this doesn't have a fan anywhere?! Also the outside table needs a parasol for baking hot weather! Only two saucepans in the kitchen and no colander! The house needed cleaning properly, all the kitchen cupboards were quite grubby on the fronts. Plinths in the bathroom are loose and grubby, window was impossible to open for ventilation and the skylight window was so difficult to open. The garden needs maintaining too, we felt sorry for the plants in the baking heat and did water the garden. It's a real shame, the house has been beautifully designed but just not maintained to the standard it really deserves - just mending broken stuff, a bit of care and attention and a proper good clean and this house would be perfect!
