To access the villa there is a path which is 82cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 89cm wide. The pool is on a lower level, and accessed via a grass area and 11 exterior steps. You can also access the pool area from the lower ground floor which is accessed via 14 interior steps. Around the pool is flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor twin bedroom door is 68cm wide, whilst the ensuite door to the double bedroom (widest ground floor bathroom) is 64cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
