Inside Villa Seaside, you'll discover a range of bedrooms to accommodate your needs. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, complete with bedside tables, reading lamps, and a fitted wardrobe. It's equipped with air conditioning and opens onto the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, and a fitted wardrobe, also featuring air conditioning. Bedroom 3, with a king-size bed, boasts bedside tables, reading lamps, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning, with a slight elevation from the lounge area. Bedroom 4 features twin beds, along with bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes, air conditioning, and a patio door leading to a private terrace, accessible via three steps down from the lounge area.



Villa Seaside comprises four bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed for convenience. Bedroom 1 has a separate bathroom with a WC, washbasin, and a walk-in shower with a shower screen. Bedroom 2 offers a separate bathroom with a WC, washbasin, and a walk-in shower with a shower screen. Bedroom 3 features an en-suite bathroom with a WC, washbasin, and a walk-in shower with a screen. Bedroom 4 includes a separate bathroom with a WC, washbasin, and a walk-in shower.



The open-plan kitchen and dining area is a spectacular space with a wooden beamed roof, offering a combination of natural light and warmth. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-ring gas hob, electric oven, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with a water dispenser, kettle, Krupps coffee maker, toaster, and airfryer. It includes a wide range of kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, and more. A large island with four stools provides a convenient seating and meal preparation area. The utility area is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, conveniently located near the front entrance. Five steps lead to the dining area, which features a dining table with six leather seats and a comfortable three-seater sofa. Overlooking the pool and garden, this space offers incredible views, making it an ideal place to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the scenery.



The spacious TV lounge, accessible through the kitchen, overlooks the sun and pool terrace. It features two comfortable three-seater sofas, a TV with IPTV for all your favorite channels, and ambient lighting. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with a sofa and a table with chairs.



Villa Seaside's exterior boasts stunning sea and mountain views, complemented by the sun and pool terrace, mature gardens, a pool, hot tub, and a large coal BBQ. There are plenty of sunbeds for sunbathing and comfortable seating for relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a fully functioning bar (extra cost applies), complete with comfy sofas and a dining table with chairs for an al-fresco dining experience.



The villa's pool has a rectangular shape and measures approximately 9m x 5m. It is equipped with electric heating (available from November to the end of April), Roman steps for easy access, and a pool cover.



Villa Seaside offers varying levels of accessibility. There are 10 steps from the front entrance to the kitchen, 5 steps to the dining area, 4 steps to access Bedrooms 1 and 2, and 2 additional steps to Bedroom 2. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are accessed by 3 steps. Seven steps, along with a handrail, lead from the pool patio to the hot tub and gardens.



Amenities in the villa include a safe, alarm system, and private parking for two cars. Cots and high chairs are available upon request, with a hire charge that may apply.



Villa Seaside is ideally situated in the peaceful residential area of Los Mojones, close to the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. This bustling resort town offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars. Visitors have numerous dining options, from traditional local restaurants to international cuisine establishments. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive away, or visitors can take the taxi boat from the Old Town harbor for a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. The villa is fully prepared for arrival and departure cleaning, which is included in the rental.
