Imagine yourself in nature observing the lake and the mountains in a vintage, chic and rustic environment with all the comforts you need and let yourself be pampered by the smell of fine wood that enriches the design of the house.
Villa Perlino is a new development located on the edge of the woods, a few minutes from the center of Colico, a town on the shores of Lake Como which has numerous beaches equipped for practicing water sports, but at the same time, being at the foot of Mount Legnone , has access to many paths that can be followed on foot or by mountain bike, including the Valtellina path and the Viandante path.
Here, at Villa Perlino, what will leave you speechless is the infinity pool in nature with a breathtaking view of the lake where you can have fun and relax while maintaining a distance from the most crowded tourist area.
Pool heating has an extra cost of 200 euros/day.
