In our seafront facilities the sound of the waves comes in and the view is lost in the crystal-clear colours of the bay and its sunsets.
Direct access to the beach from the property is the pass for an experience that goes beyond a holiday and day after day becomes well-being, harmony, balance, peace. Intense scent of Mediterranean scrub, sun and sea. Balsam for the body, cure for the soul. A therapy whose effects last well beyond your stay.
This magical strip of land and sea is just a five-minute drive from the town centre, the golf course, the marina - which also offers bike, moped and dinghy hire services - and is a short distance from the other beautiful beaches of Villasimius.
Spending days of relaxation in one of the three facilities included in the mini-residential complex overlooking the sea - with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort - is a concert of the senses, a sweet melody that beats the rhythm of your time, giving you back the flavour of an exceptional stay. And at dusk the sunset, clearly visible from all the terraces, which in few other places in Sardinia is so intense.

A mysterious and fascinating place. Just a short distance from the town of Villasimius and the most popular and renowned beaches in the area, the bay that hosts our property is characterised by its exclusivity. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner facing the sea on one of the two panoramic terraces overlooking Cala Caterina Bay and from there enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunset with its exotic colours and atmosphere. And why not let yourself be tempted, in the cooler hours, by a walk on the beach? The sensations that this secret corner of the Sardinian sea gives you at sunset, as you descend the steps from the terrace to the shoreline, are the cure that regenerates soul and spirit.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 7 people and is structured on two levels, with a living and dining room and sofa, fully accessoried compact modern kitchen and it is ideal for those who wish to spend days in total relaxation. Two double bedrooms and a twin room with a bunk bed have been carefully designed to be lulled by the sound of the waves. A small separate mezzanine with a single bed (suitable for a child or teenager aged 12/18) provides another private and cosy environment. Two bathrooms with shower (one without window but with electric ventilation). The magic and enchantment of this unique place is the key that opens the door to happiness. The scent of Sardinia is in the air. We are waiting for you.

- 9000 btu air conditioner with air conditioning cold/hot in all rooms, water reserve, autoclave, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, water kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, orthopaedic mattresses, small safe, television, drying rack, 2 terraces overlooking the sea and sun set, the beach and sunsets (Note: one of them is just 6 mt from the sea and it is a romantic small seafront terrace for two people which is ideal for reading a book and / or having an aperitif with the sound of the sea and the colors of the sunset), 1/2 private parking space, 1 comfortable and panoramic outdoor shower (located among the Mediterranean maquis), small barbecue, 1-2 rocking chairs and/or deck chairs.
The holiday home has direct access to the beach and it is just five minutes by car from the town center, the golf course, the marina - which, in addition to catering services, also offers bike, moped, boat and boat rental services. inflatables –and is located a short distance from the other beautiful white beaches of Villasimius.

Single and double sets includ per person: pillowcase, bottom sheet, top sheet, shower towel, face towel.
Note: the linen rental agency requires a compulsory weekly change;

Notes:
- the Villa is overlooking the sea, only 25 mt from the water, it is far from the crowds that storm Villasimius in summer, and has a breathtaking panoramic view over the entire bay and the exclusive white sandy beach of Cala Caterina.
- the 2 habitable terraces slope gradually down to the sea, one of which is small, has a green lawn, is less than 6 m from the emerald sea and is ideal for a couple who perhaps wants to read a book and/or have an aperitif facing the sunset;
- from the small villa and its 2 terraces facing the sea, it is possible to enjoy the frontal view of a wonderful sunset every evening.
-pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
-our properties are located next to each other. Therefore the Villa can be rented individually or, in the case of many families or groups of friends, also together with our Villa Waterfront Cala Caterina and/or our Monovano Waterfront Cala Caterina.
-available to rent all year round.
-For the sake of fairness, I would like to inform you that this holiday home of mine, as well as the other holiday homes on my website (where you can also find numerous reviews written by our guests), as well as being managed by me the owner - (through various portals, including those that allow booking without commission for the traveller and directly with the owner himself) - are also managed by tour operators. For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of costly contractual penalties, I will happily accept all bookings that arrive from the portal as long as I have been authorised in advance by the tour operator, which normally responds swiftly to my request for authorisation. Therefore. before sending a booking request it is advisable to first send an information request to check the availability of the house, and then possibly proceed with the booking through the portal.
-Only the costs of electricity consumption, double and/or single sets of bed linen and towels (two towels per person: face and shower), which we rent if requested, and the tourist tax and vat, but only if due, must still be added to the rental price published on the portal.
