Callias Villa with a private pool is an impressive new villa that is set on the hillside in Kastellakia just a few minutes drive from the historic town of Rethymno. The property sleeps 8 guests in stylish and fully air conditioned interiors and offers stunning countryside and sea views. There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles/2 twins) and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite) and an open plan living space with lounge, dining area and kitchen opening out to the garden and pool. The lounge is tastefully furnished with sofas, a 50" HDTV with standard cable/satellite and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. The villa has amazing outdoor living areas designed for maximum relaxation and entertaining. There is an inviting private pool with a separated section for children (this can also be used for hydromassage), a poolside shower, sun loungers, a covered gym, table tennis, a purpose built barbecue area with lounge seating and a lovely dining terrace from where you can enjoy the stunning views. Callias Villa is ideal for families or friends seeking a memorable holiday in Crete!
