Accommodating up to 14 guests or up to 16 with children in your group, this residence is a mere 5 minutes' walk from the heart of the beloved spa town of Buxton. A perfect base for those eager to explore the Peak District and beyond, the property is strategically located for discovering Buxton's historic attractions, including the Opera House, Pavilion Gardens, the Crescent, and Poole’s Cavern, all within an easy walk.
Venture a few minutes' drive, and you'll find yourself immersed in the heart of the Peak District, with the ancient market town of Bakewell, the renowned Chatsworth Estate, and picturesque villages such as Ashford in the Water, Castleton, and Hartington awaiting your exploration. This property is dog friendly and we charge £30 per dog for the duration of the stay.

Peak Venues was brought into being by three lifelong friends. Having spent over 15 years working together running bars, restaurants and hotels worldwide, Justin, Paul and Rachel chose to put down roots and settle in the stunning Peak District National Park. Keen to share their love of the Peak District with the world, they embarked on their first cottage restoration project, Hurdlow Grange, and they have never looked back since, renovating several properties, one of which is Buxton Lodge which has been lovingly restored to offer a fabulous family friendly self-catering holiday home.

The main attraction of staying at Buxton Lodge is that fact that you can enjoy walking into Buxton with ease. The renowned spa town is known as the cultural capital of the Peak District and most notable is Buxton's architecture which comprises of The Crescent, modelled on Bath's Royal Crescent.
