Marretoer Holiday Studio is located in the heart of the Frisian Lake District. From here, you can explore Friesland by bike, car, boat, or hiking.

This holiday studio for two people was completely renovated in 2024 and features a lounge area with a TV, a kitchen with kitchen linens, a sleeping area with a king-size double bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Towels are provided in the bathroom cabinet.

The studio has its own front door, is walker friendly, and is located on the ground floor. There is a private terrace in front of the studio. There is free parking for one car, a charging station for an electric car, and bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed.

It's possible to moor your own boat or a rented sloop up to 7.5 meters long at the jetty in front of the owner's house.

The studio can be rented as a self-contained accommodation in the winter. The studio is available for a minimum of 2 nights in the winter and 3 nights in the summer.

During the summer, the studio can only be rented by guests of the holiday home. If you wish to come with more than 7 people, or if you would like to invite your parents, family, or friends to join you for a few days or a week's holiday, you can rent the studio as well. This way, a group of 9 people can stay in both accommodations.

The studio is located in a pleasant neighborhood with water sports-minded residents. A tennis court and a natural swimming pool with a beach, beach volleyball court, sandpit, and playground for children are just a 5-minute walk away.

Near the holiday studio is a marina with facilities for launching and mooring your own boat and trailer. From here, the Sneekermeer is about a 15-minute boat ride away.

Uitwellingerga is located near the charming water sports town of Sneek, with its many terraces, restaurants, shops, museums, theater, cinema, interesting sights, concerts, and more. Friesland boasts many charming small villages and beautiful larger cities to explore.
