This spacious top floor 3 bedroom apartment provides its guests with
modern luxury and a seaside getaway to be remembered. Boasting
incredible views all-throughout the apartment, guests can take in the
natural beauty of Strand while living comfortably. The apartment is
situated on Beach road; providing you with near access to the seaside
and a host of activities to keep you busy.
The interior includes a neutral finish, with cosy spots for you and
your travel companions, to enjoy the natural scenery while you are
lounging in the apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped to provide you
with the perfect self-catering holiday experience. The lounge consists
of a large couch, a TV, as well as WIFI connection and access to DSTV.
The lounge looks out onto the ocean while the kitchen gives you a
scenic view of the Helderberg Mountains.
The all-white bedrooms in this apartment can comfortably accommodate up
to 6 guests. The rooms all retain a neutral colour palette, with the
first bedroom sporting a queen bed while the other two bedrooms
sporting 2 single beds. There is an en-suite in the main bedroom and
two shared bathrooms - one housing a toilet and shower while another
can be used as the guest loo. The bedrooms vary between mountainous and
oceanic views.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 148 Beach Rd, Strand, Cape Town, 7139
