We loved this property in Les Halles and would definitely recommend it. It's perfectly situated to get the metro at Etienne Marcel to see all the main sites and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby too. Excellent value for the heart of Paris. Just beware that the accommodation was on the 6th floor with no lift which was not a problem for us but may need to be taken into consideration for others. Thanks to the host for the excellent communication.

We absolutely loved this house and its unbeatable location! The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, much more room than we expected. It's set in a lively, vibrant area that made our stay even more enjoyable, and everything we wanted to see was easily accessible from here.There are quite some steps up to the flat, no trouble to us at all, just something to note!A special mention to the hosts, who were incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly throughout our stay.

It's a spacious place in the heart of Paris, close to everything, very charming. The toilet room is very small and some amenities weren't working (e.g., the dishwasher)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was excellent and the apartment had a traditional Parisian feel. The neighbourhood was very lively, with many restaurants and bakeries, but the apartment itself was quiet. It met all of our needs and the second bedroom was much appreciated. I also found the host to be very responsive, responding to questions within minutes. We would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again on a return trip. I would say that the stairs would be difficult to navigate for someone with mobility issues as the apartment is on the 6th floor. As noted in other reviews, the separate w/c can be a tight fit but we were able to use it with no issue.

Very nice location in the center of Paris. Nice size apartment. 6th floor walkup, pay attention to the listing. The master bed could be more comfortable. The dishwasher wasn’t usable but it wasn’t advertised. Only when we receive the check in instructions. You should update these accordingly. Good communication with the property manager. Overall, really good value.

Overall, this property was a great place and location. It is very easy to get to many metro entrances and a great mall is just a short walk away. The host is very quick to respond. Negatives:I think the property owner needs to stop by and see how worn out things are getting:The overhead showerhead has water mostly from one missing nossle andvery low pressureThe bathroom door handle was falling offThe couch was worn out There were windows with signs saying not to open. Even the windows that could open were a struggleThe apartment is on the 6th floor with no lift. Sign on dishwasher that you can't use itThe toilet room "closet" is so small you bump your knees on the wall when sittingThe WiFi failed during the visit but they immediately replaced with a temp router.

Paris Saint-Denis

We had somewhat missed that it was a 6th floor walk up. Not family friendly at all. The stairs are very treacherous. When we arrived there was urine in the hallway as the front door was left open due to construction. The adjacent building in the courtyard is in full construction. Super loud construction noise starting at 8:00 am going on all day. Plus plenty of dust. They charge for linens and aren't flexible at all. We have been using VRBO and similar for years. I wouldn't recommend this property.

Spacious aprtment, kitchen has a good range of crockery / utensils but watch out for the cooker hood which is at eye level. Good lively location with plenty of restaurants etc but not noisy in the evenings.We weren't disturbed by the building work and there were no issues with the entryway.The 100 stairs and restricted space in the toilet will mean this won't suit everyone.Some details would be of benefit such as information about facilities in the local area, tea towels / oven gloves would be useful and only one toilet roll for a 5 day stay .... Also no fire safety information was provided - somewhat concerning given the single access point anad stairs.The security deposit took a while to be processed - disappointing as there was no deductions to be made.

The location is great and the apartment is spacious except the restroom is tiny. A big guy would not fit in that restroom and I am not kidding. The communication is bad, the owner does not respond to call or what’s app which are the communication methods mentioned in their welcome email. Eventually someone replied email but then they donot seem to respond in the evening or weekend. So if there is any issue, donot expect a solution.

Nice apartment in a fantastic area for exploring and enjoying Paris. As others have said it is up 6 flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone with physical challenges. Apartment was clean and had modern furnishings but zero amenities. There was not dishwashing liquid or soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 nights, 1 tea towel. There was powder for the dishwasher but it had a sign on it saying it was broken. No basic cooking items like salt, pepper or oil. We had to buy everything. Kitchen knives were all broken and need replacing. The bed in the second bedroom is quite small. Our teenagers decided it was too small to share so one slept on the couch. However there were no spare blankets, covers or pillows to be found anywhere. Communication from the host leaves a lot to be desired. We were inundated with automated messages about paying to secure our booking, then about the check in process and requesting a review after we checked out. But when we needed help during the challenging key collection process did not get a response. We asked for an early check in as had been travelling 30 hours and no effort was made to accommodate us - we were just sent a copy & paste standard No response.They are extremely slow to return the damage deposit. Their policy says it is automatically refunded 14 days after check-out but it is now day 18 and still no refund. I have messaged them multiple times and have not had a response. I will not rent from BnB Nova again.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste apartamento e recomendamos vivamente a qualquer pessoa que procure uma base central em Paris. O apartamento é espaçoso para dois quartos, bem equipado e confortável — tem tudo o que é necessário e as camas eram ótimas.A localização é simplesmente imbatível. A Rue Saint-Denis coloca-te mesmo no centro de tudo — o Marais fica a 10 minutos a pé, a linda Place des Vosges é facilmente acessível a pé, e a Rue Montorgueil (um dos nossos lugares favoritos em Paris) está literalmente à porta. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço lá todas as manhãs. Les Halles e os seus jardins também estão a curta distância, e as galerias cobertas do 2º arrondissement — especialmente a Galerie Vivienne — são perfeitas para uma tarde chuvosa.O check-in foi simples e sem complicações, o apartamento estava limpo e arrumado à chegada, e tudo funcionou como devia. Paris pode parecer avassaladora, mas ter uma base tão bem localizada e confortável tornou toda a viagem muito mais agradável.
