Enjoy staying in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés with this modern 1-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this modern 52 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on rue Guisarde in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Living Area: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Need a cot or high chair? We can arrange it for your arrival — just let us know after booking:

- Baby cot — €50 for the stay

- High chair — €50 for the stay

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 6th arrondissement — Saint-Germain-des-Prés — is one of Paris’s most elegant and intellectually rich neighbourhoods. Once the home of Hemingway, Sartre, and Simone de Beauvoir, the area still retains a refined bohemian character: the famous Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots are here, alongside excellent bookshops, art galleries, and a superb food market on Rue de Buci. The Luxembourg Gardens are a short stroll away, and the Seine, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame are all within comfortable walking distance.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

You will have the property all to yourself during your stay. We are available by email phone should you require assistance during your stay.

Property was good, fashionable area, close to a lot of sightseeing and shops. The street the apartment is on is definitely a party zone, and people will be quite loud late into the night and early morning

We had an awesome stay here and would 100% book it again. The location is a total win—right in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, walking distance to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is super charming, packed with great cafés and restaurants, and there’s a solid grocery store about a block away that’s open late, which was clutch. The apartment itself is roomy, bright, and super comfortable. Easily fits a family of four without feeling cramped. Even though it’s on a lively street, the bedroom faces the courtyard, so it’s nice and quiet at night. The place is clean, modern, and cozy, with good beds, a comfy sofa bed, and a kitchen. Killer location

I read the reviews on this property and the negative ones: Dirty apartment, no cleaning supplies, only one roll of toilet paper and getting and returning keys a nightmare - were mostly a year ago and they host indicated all these things were resolved. Shopper beware - I experienced all of these things. Additionally, broken shower head, no trash bags, no dish soap, broken closet door filled with broken appliances, broken flusher on toilet etc. I have never written a poor review in the 20 years I have rented homes. It was so bad, I left two nights early and went to a hotel. The location was lovely. They did finally work with me about leaving the keys at the hotel as the door wouldn't lock unless I had them in hand - and the Dropbox they wanted them left at was full each time we tried to return. I believe the "owner" "host" lives in the states and is relying on an agency to manage. It breaks my heart to have to write this, but I feel responsible for anyone looking to spend their dream trip in Paris knows what they are getting into and look elsewhere. I truly hope they resolve these issues.

Great location, walking to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, concerts at St Sulphice, restaurants, all good. Clean & safe. Bad Key Cafe, no AC, no shampoo, paper towels, kleenex, no shelf in the shower to hold soap, shampoo etc. No screens on windows.

Heart of St Germain

The apartment had lots of space, and even more importantly lots of windows. We found the living area very comfortable with lots of light. Bedroom and bathroom were as pictured in the listing. Best part is the location: steps to the Metro, restraurants, grocery stores, a market, and more. We would stay again.One note: the area is very lively on weekends, but the bedroom is at the back, and we were nto bothered by the noise at all!

The St Germain apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. To have a separate washer and dryer machine is a luxury in Paris and this apartment has it, plus a dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. The apartment faces a very lively street and it is true that at night it can be quite noisy. The bedroom however faces an inner courtyard so noise is not a problem. The location is absolutely great, a couple of blocks walk to Boulevard Saint Germain, one block to the Eglise de Saint Sulpice, you couldn't ask for a better location. There are some small details in the apartment that could be easily improved: the use of a fresh coat of paint and a little love for instance, the bathroom trash can didn't close properly and the kitchen counter was damaged. But it didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay at the apartment.

perfect Parisian stay!

The place was even better than expected—exactly as shown in the photos: charming, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The modern bathroom was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The host made our arrival seamless, providing clear, step-by-step check-in instructions that made everything stress-free. They were always quick to respond and went out of their way to be accommodating. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of St. Germain, just a short walk from the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, with easy access to local cafes, shops, and transportation. Summer vacation

The apartment was not as listed. The apt was smelly of mildew, the oven and washing machine didn’t work. The manager responded but did not address our issues. The apt is also not convenient for early morning check out. I will not rent again.

Excellent location but property lacked character.

Close to the metro, numerous restaurants, and only a brisk 10 minute walk to either Notre Dame or to the Luxembourg Gardens.However the property lacked character. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs over the years and many are apts/houses were the owners clearly spend some time. As such, there are usually personal touches such as art, rugs, and other decorative objects that make the space feel like a home. This space presents as simply a plain, basic short term rental unit. If you are looking for a basic accommodation then this unit would suffice.Rental agency was responsive. Check in was easy.There were a few minor items (handle on the dishwasher, cracked mirror, bed had a loud squeak) that needed to be repaired. The apartment is located on a quaint side street that has numerous restaurants and bars. The only downside is that the street can be noisy at night. Bedroom is in the back of the unit and was quiet but if someone needs to sleep in the front room/living room there would be a good amount of street noise until midnight.

Very disappointing

The accommodation was untidy and unkempt. There was damage to several kitchen units, a broken bin left in the kitchen, a broken handle on the dishwasher. There were speakers on the floor and table that were also broken so no music system. The bedroom wardrobe door was broken, the bed had a very noisy squeak and there were two broken fans and an old TV in the wardrobe. The shelves in the wardrobe were also dusty and dirty.From early evening the noise level from the street below was very high and got worse as the night went on, on Friday and Saturday this was until after 2:00am. The noise level was such that sitting in the lounge was impossible. If anyone is thinking of renting this for four people this would make it very difficult to sleep.The street is basically a party street full of bars and restaurants which any renters should be made aware of.On subsequently reading other reviews these points, particularly on the broken items have been raised before and no action appears to have been taken.Finally recovering our deposit was extremely difficult and only paid when I complained to VRBO and they acted on my behalf.

Un séjour merveilleux dans un quartier exceptionnel

Nous avons apprécié être si proches de charmants cafés et boutiques, car l'emplacement est vraiment imbattable—à seulement quelques pas du Jardin des Tuileries et du Louvre, avec certains des sites les plus emblématiques de Paris à votre porte. Le processus d'enregistrement a été fluide, grâce aux instructions claires fournies, et le système sans contact a ajouté un niveau de commodité supplémentaire, surtout pour notre arrivée tardive. De plus, notre dépôt de garantie a été remboursé rapidement, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L'appartement était exactement comme sur les photos : charmant, propre et très confortable.
