Welcome to our newly refurbished, modern one-bedroom apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Lapad area! Situated in an amazing location, you’re just a 10-minute easy walk from everything you could need. Lapad promenade in nearby with its array of restaurants and cafes, beaches and essentials such as a pharmacy, bank, ATM, and post office.
This space is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests, is ideal for a relaxing getaway or for remote work.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, along with a desk and chair for those working from home. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and a washing machine for added convenience. The kitchenette comes fully stocked with everything you need, including a mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, stove, and all necessary cutlery and utensils.
The apartment also offers a cozy seating area, a dining space, and a flat-screen TV for your comfort, as well as free Wi-Fi to stay connected during your stay.


Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Modern and in good location

We liked the modern style of the apartment. The location was also good, busses, a mall with supermarket and the promenade leading down to the beach were all close by. The washing machine and dishwasher were super convenient to have. Communication with the agencywas easy over WhatsApp.

Location was great, the bus stop was right next door & it took only few minutes to get to the Old Town. The beach & restaurants were also within walking distance. The apartment was as in the pictures and it was nice & spacious, clean and well furnished. Perfekt ren och fräsch lägenhet invändigt för några dagar i Dubrovnik. Lägenheten var utrustad med husgeråd för mindre enkel matlagning. Ingen kaffebryggare dock vilket vi saknade. Ta med tratt och filter. Bra att det finns tvättmaskin, TV och wifi det uppskattas. Supermarket och bra bussförbindelser finns inom 5 minuters promenad. Just nu renoverar man huset så fasaden är täckt med byggställningar. Hissen fungerade inte första dagarna, men kom igång senare.

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den hochgeladenen Fotos. Die Lage war wirklich gut, da der Strand weniger als 10 min entfernt war, der nächste Supermarkt unter 5 min und die Bushaltestelle zur Altstadt innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen war. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sowie ihrem Team lief unglaublich schnell und reibungslos ab. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!
