This bright and spacious apartment is designed for comfort and ease, featuring two cozy bedrooms, a welcoming living area with a dining space, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and two full bathrooms ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy the lively yet relaxed atmosphere of the area.



The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and oven, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Overall the apartment was fine. Didn’t realize that it was located on such a busy street and difficult to find parking. Convenient to many restaurants, shops and beach clubs.

The property was listed as a charming seaside apartment . It was far from charming and elegant. It was also not on the sea, it was on an urban city center road in a building with a lot of commercial and medical offices. The apartment was bare-bones and very tired. One of the dining room chairs had burn marks and the kitchen table had a lot of wear. The worst part of the entire apartment was the two bathrooms. The walls have been photoshopped and most unfortunately, the condition of them was unacceptable. There was mold and black and brown stains all around the showers and sinks and the area between one of the showers and sinks was dark brown mold with leftover dental floss. It was not the place we wanted to end our trip. The host was willing to send the cleaning crew to clean again but this was beyond cleaning and really required new tile and grout, which they acknowledge they do once a year. We were disappointed and cannot recommend.

After many years of hosting, this is honestly one of the most unfair and misleading reviews we have received. First, the apartment is accurately presented in the listing, including its location, surroundings and photographs. It is located in an urban seaside area, and the description does not claim that the apartment is directly on the beach. Regarding the bathrooms, we strongly disagree with the description of the property as having mold throughout the bathrooms. There was no such mold problem in the apartment. What the guest may be referring to is the area around the shower drain/water outlet, where water naturally accumulates and which can sometimes show discoloration. This is not evidence of mold throughout the bathroom, as suggested in this review. Most importantly, when the guest raised the issue during the stay, we did not ignore it. We immediately offered to send our cleaning team back to the apartment to inspect and clean the areas in question. The guest chose not to accept this solution and instead left the property with the intention of presenting the situation as something far more serious than what was actually found.
