In the 15th district of Vienna, a fully equipped apartment awaits you to explore the city of Vienna. The 30 square meter apartment can accommodate 2 people on a double bed, a dining table with chairs, a small built-in kitchenette, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with the necessary amenities to provide you with a cozy ambience. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment free of charge. An airport transfer can be arranged on request.

You will need to come to our reception to collect the key to the apartment and check-in instructions. The official check-in time is from 14:00 to 21:00.

Fünfhaus is the fifteenth district of Vienna; used to be outside the city wall. This is one of the most culturally diverse districts in Vienna. It is home to the Stadthalle, one of Vienna`s largest concert venues. The Westbahnhof is a very important transportation hub and connects Vienna with western Austria. Mariahilferstrasse is located directly in front of the Westbahnhof, where there are numerous shopping facilities in the area and the Vienna City Library.

Our guests will find a number of restaurants, cafés and bars around the apartment. Augustin is just a short 20-minute walk from the apartment. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. A retro café is owned by a local born in the 15th district, which is also around the corner from the apartment and offers breakfast as well as pastries. For a coffee with an upstairs view of the nearby neighborhood, Upstairs Kitchen and Bar (literally meaning Above), the library at the top of the city is the perfect spot, whether in winter for a cozy meal and drink inside or further a summer night with a chilled beer and a quick bite before a movie on the roof (Kino am Dach) just behind the bar or a concert at the Stadthalle.

The apartment is located in Nobilegasse, directly opposite the Technical Museum and close to Schönbrunn. The two subway stations Johnstraße and Schönbrunn can both be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. From there you can take the U3 and U4 lines. Therefore, this is an easily accessible location and a good starting point to visit the many sights in Vienna. If you prefer to cross the city while enjoying the view of the streets, the streetcar lines 10, 46 and 52 at Reinlgasse offer you just that.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
