Bonjour appartement en rez de chaussee bruyant à cause porte d'entrée mal isolée. Sol douche tres sales entartrées. Espace de vie très petit pour 4 personnes.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que certains aspects de l’appartement n’ont pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant le bruit et l’isolation de la porte d’entrée, nous allons vérifier ce point afin d’améliorer le confort. De même, vos remarques sur la propreté de la douche ont été transmises à notre équipe de ménage pour un contrôle approfondi. Nous regrettons également que l’espace de vie vous ait semblé trop petit pour votre groupe. Les dimensions du logement sont indiquées dans l’annonce, mais nous comprenons que le ressenti puisse varier selon les attentes de chacun. Nous vous remercions pour vos observations, qui nous aident à améliorer l’expérience de nos futurs voyageurs.

Bon séjour et un bémol sur la communication

C'est la première fois que nous ne sommes pas en liaison avec un particulier. Le contact avec des mails automatiques pour une agence à Barcelone n'est pas agréable. On reçoit le même mail a plusieurs reprises et on ne sait plus si on a répondu au bon mail. Dans ce contexte d'automate une. Communication en français aurait été meilleure

Appartient fonctionnel. Manque de propreté dans la douche en particulier Problème de fourmis dans l’appartement Il manque 1 ou 2 poêle. Emplacement correct proche restaurants
