Studio with terrace and fresh air filtering

Our studio has a combined living room and bedroom with a modern single kitchen and direct access to the terrace. A large box spring bed promises a comfortable and restful sleep. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the studio you will also find a pretty bathroom made of natural stone with a toilet and a floor-flush shower.
Allergy sufferers can also breathe easy with us, because our studios and rooms in the adjacent building are equipped with a central ventilation system that constantly supplies the rooms with freshly filtered air.
There is something for everyone. Our apartment Sonnenblume has a modern living/dining area, a bedroom with a large box spring bed and a separate children's room with bunk beds.

Also on the 1st floor is the Kornblume apartment with a living/sleeping area and a small kitchen. Our two studios are located on the ground floor. One of them is equipped with a double bed and one with two single beds. Also in the annex there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The beds in the double rooms are variable and can be moved apart if necessary.

All double rooms have a small fridge. Travelling alone? Then we recommend our chic single room.

All our apartments, studios and rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, box-spring beds, modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet, satellite TV, hairdryer, kettle and free Wi-Fi.

Allergy sufferers can also breathe a sigh of relief with us. In the adjoining building, a modern ventilation system ensures an optimal indoor climate with permanently freshly filtered outside air.
