The villa extends over 150m², with enough space indoors and out for a large group or several families. Conveniently located for shops, restaurants and public transport (around 2km), it presents a wonderfully relaxing alternative on the Amalfi Coast.



To get to the villa, a narrow track allows access to vehicles no larger than an 8-seater minivan, and then a flight of 20 steps leads to the villa entrance on the ground floor. From here, a separate flight of 20 steps also leads down to the sea-view garden, level with the villa’s lower-floor bedrooms. Beautifully enclosed by mature trees, there’s plenty of space for children to play on the lawn, and a shaded dining area for alfresco meals.



Light-filled interiors are packed with traditional features, including ceramic flooring and antique furniture. The large living room and kitchen are on the ground floor.

• The area around Sant’Agata sui due Golfi is a good option if you prefer to dodge the crowds that flock to the Sorrento peninsula’s seaside towns during peak season.

• Better still, visit during low season, when you’ll find cooler temperatures and will be able to enjoy sightseeing in comfort.

• You don’t need to be a foodie to appreciate the region’s fantastic food offering. For an extra-special treat, head for one of the Michelin-starred restaurants in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi or to the Taverna del Capitano in Marina del Cantone.

• Please note the narrow width of the access track to the villa. While there’s sufficient space for an 8-seater minivan, a smaller vehicle is recommended.
