Each room is outfitted with secure armoured doors, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and independent heating—offering a harmonious fusion of tradition and contemporary comfort. Elevator access ensures ease of mobility throughout your stay.

LIVING ROOM
Adorned with refreshing Italian seascape paintings, this space features full-length windows that open up to the panoramic views of Genoa.

Enjoy the flexibility of both day curtains and blackout curtains to suit your preference. Unwind after a long day with our HD TV.

Each living area is also furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for meals and work.

THE KITCHEN
Each apartment comes with its own kitchenette, providing all the comforts you need for your stay. Essential appliances include a Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooker, a fridge, a selection of glasses and coffee cups, cutlery, plates, and a bottle opener.

THE BATHROOM
The ensuite bathroom is an oasis of comfort, equipped with a toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower. We've got your essentials covered with shampoo and body wash, along with plush towels and a courtesy kit. The spacious sink, extendable beauty mirror, and hair-dryer add a touch of luxury.

SLEEPING AREA
Recharge on our generous king-sized bed set against a charming mosaic backdrop, accompanied by two side tables and warm ambient lighting. A clothes rack with hangers and luggage rack is provided for your convenience.

Our comfortable double sofa-bed makes room for 2 extra people.
