In the basement, you'll find a spacious living-dining area with one comfortable sofa bed, a cozy terrace with direct access to the private pool and a barbecue area perfect for those summer nights, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes, a utility/laundry room, and a full bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor, two cozy bedrooms await you, each with two single beds, a large terrace to enjoy the fresh air, and another bathroom with shower. From this floor and down an external staircase, you can also access the garden/pool without needing to pass through the house.

And on the first floor, discover a truly generous master bedroom, with two spacious double beds and a large terrace, plus a bathroom with bathtub.

And let's not forget the jewel in the crown: the beautiful Crystal Beach, just a 3-minute walk away! Enjoy its crystal-clear waters and golden sand without the crowds of other beaches. And after a day of fun in the sun, explore the picturesque promenade filled with restaurants, bars, and beach bars, where you can indulge in delicious Mediterranean cuisine while taking in the stunning sea views.
