A stylish beachfront apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (160x190cm), built-in wardrobes and access to the lovely south-facing balcony with direct sea views. It also has an en-suite bathroom, fully fitted with bath, overhead shower, WC, sink and bidet. The second bedroom in this property has two single beds (90cmx190cm) with fitted wardrobes. The modern and bright lounge offers quality and comfortable seating for four guests and a flat screen TV with a multitude of national and international channels including Sky. On a side of the living room we find a large and beautiful dining table for six guests. The kitchen in this apartment is fully fitted with all the appliances and everything you may need for your holidays. There is an additional dining table with seating for four guests and a small laundry room for your use. The lovely south-facing balcony receives plenty of sun during most part of the day and offers unbeatable views to the sea and the Strait of Gibraltar. There are two sun-loungers available for guests and a small outdoor dining table and chairs for four guests. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers a high speed Wifi internet connection throughout the property. There is a private parking in the underground garage of the complex with space for one car. NOTE: For an extra small fee, you may access the Elba Hotel´s outdoor, heated indoor swimming pool along with access to a gym and spa with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi just 200m from the property.
