A stylish beachfront apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (160x190cm), built-in wardrobes and access to the lovely south-facing balcony with direct sea views. It also has an en-suite bathroom, fully fitted with bath, overhead shower, WC, sink and bidet. The second bedroom in this property has two single beds (90cmx190cm) with fitted wardrobes. The modern and bright lounge offers quality and comfortable seating for four guests and a flat screen TV with a multitude of national and international channels including Sky. On a side of the living room we find a large and beautiful dining table for six guests. The kitchen in this apartment is fully fitted with all the appliances and everything you may need for your holidays. There is an additional dining table with seating for four guests and a small laundry room for your use. The lovely south-facing balcony receives plenty of sun during most part of the day and offers unbeatable views to the sea and the Strait of Gibraltar. There are two sun-loungers available for guests and a small outdoor dining table and chairs for four guests. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers a high speed Wifi internet connection throughout the property. There is a private parking in the underground garage of the complex with space for one car. NOTE: For an extra small fee, you may access the Elba Hotel´s outdoor, heated indoor swimming pool along with access to a gym and spa with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi just 200m from the property.

Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Strand, wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, Superausstattung, auch für den Strand sind Luftmatratzen, Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Stühle vorhanden. Einziges Manko (und das sollte doch mit in die Beschreibung): ein Schlafzimmer liegt ziemlich direkt an der Hauptstrasse und damit ist es durchgehend sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und alles in allem ist die Wohnung toll.

Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. La casa tiene unas vistas espectaculares al mar, tanto para disfrutar con la vista como con el sonido de las olas. El edificio es muy tranquilo por la noche y las camas son súper cómodas. El salón es precioso, con una decoración cuidada, un sofá muy confortable, una televisión espectacular y una cocina perfectamente equipada. No podríamos haber estado mejor. Han sido 13 días estupendos junto al mar, en una casa muy agradable y con todas las facilidades necesarias para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y relajante.Volveremos pronto
