Another lovely stay at Steppe Haugh. Cosy, comfortable and spacious with all our requirements catered for. This is becoming our home from home and we have booked again for December.

We had a very relaxing stay in the beautiful village of Hawes.

We had a very relaxing stay in the beautiful village of Hawes. Steppe Haugh is certainly quirky, but that only adds to its charm. It is also spacious, comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. We loved it here and would recommend it highly. The hosts have thought of everything and there is great attention to detail. The welcome pack was much appreciated. This is a real home from home and even our nervous rescue dog was relaxed. We were able to enjoy great walks straight from the door. We have booked again for September!

We were a party of seven, and we were all very impressed with the quality, comfort and the fact we all had a bathroom was the cream on top. The house is so well equipped, they thought of everything. We loved the quirky layout. Ideally positioned for outdoor activities and points of interests. Walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. We took two dogs too, and they had a ball. The garden was not quite secure enough for our lurcher who decided the neighbours garden was his too! Other than that, we see no reason not to return. Thanks
