Very well equipped and offering quality services (reversible air conditioning, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, baby equipment, private parking).

The house consists of:

- a very bright living room of 30 m² furnished with two 80x190 sofas/beds, a television, a dining table for 4 people
- a kitchen semi-open to the living room, fully equipped (dishwasher / fridge / freezer / kettle / microwave / "Tassimo" coffee maker...) opening onto the garden and the terrace.
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a wardrobe, and reversible air conditioning
- a bathroom (sink and shower)
- a separate toilet
Outside: a 40 m² enclosed garden with a dining table, a parasol and a plancha as well as 2 private parking spaces.

We offer as an option: cleaning and linen (on request when booking)
