About this space
Often voted the best town to live in N. Ireland and it is not difficult to see why! When staying at our 3-bed house you will be a 2-minute walk from Holywood High Street and its many coffee shops, curios, bars, and restaurants. A 5 minute walk takes you to the beautiful north Down coastline where you can walk for miles and enjoy stunning scenery, sunsets, and beaches. And if you do feel the need to head into Belfast, simply jump on the train for a relaxing 10-minute journey. Perfect!

Additional rules
Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbors who are going about their day-to-day lives.

No smoking inside the house - 400 pounds found when discovered

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Check-in was fine and easy, house nice and clean, bunk beds I would suggest replacing the mattress because that was the most uncomfortable and noisy mattress I've ever slept on.

Our lovely stay in Holywood

Such a gem of a home in the beautiful Holywood. Close enough to walk to eateries and train station and far enough away to be out of the hustle bustle.

Great home base for family visit

our family came over to visit family in Belfast. This proved to be an amazing jumping off point for family in Hollywood and beyond with super easy access to public transit. Lots of options for groceries very close by. Only challenge was condiments i.e. ketchup, mustard, that was difficult to use up in the five days we were there. Would definitely stay again. only problem we had was the online directions for Internet and the binder directions for Internet were different, and we had to contact pass the keys to assist with the connection. Turned out to be a router thing, but if that’s made a little clearer, it was a completely event-less stay! Holywood has gotten better over the years!
