Great base to explore

The caravan was very clean, well equipped and gave us a great base to explore camber sands. The hosts were amazing at supporting us with anything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Dissatisfied

Wasn’t about the property it was the fact that they had a special weekend on and I wasn’t told that and so tickets were unavailable so my kids had no nighttime entertainment

Thank you for your feedback. However, we only manage the property itself and not the site facilities. Our listing clearly states: “ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM.” An SMS would also have been sent to you with pricing and details on why passes are required. If you chose not to purchase them, that is entirely at your discretion. As we are not Parkdean, we have no control over entertainment schedules or availability.

Camber caravan

The caravan was nice except for a few things like the blinds in kitchen were very grimy as was the top of the cupboards , kettle needed descaling , toaster was cracked , oven needed cleaning or it was just badly marked , sink in bathroom cracked . The outside furniture was old and worn and needed cleaning or replacing , the outside of caravan itself needed cleaning and the ground around the caravan was full of weeds and not attractive . On the good side caravan was comfortable , in a good location .
