Seaside Cottage is a cosy and comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation with scenic views. This property boasts stunning stone walls that add character and charm, complemented by unique flagstone flooring inside, creating a truly distinctive and inviting ambience. This open-plan seaside holiday cottage has 2 double beds and sleeps 4 guests:
Safety note for the property:
- Floor levels: the lounge has several small stairs / steps
- The small mezzanine sleeping area is accessible by a ladder and its head height is only 4 feet high so it might be unsuitable for people with mobility issues / visually impaired / children so extra caution is required.
- The fireplace shown in the bedroom is an original feature but is not operational for health and safety reasons.
- The garden is not enclosed so children and animals should be supervised at all times.

Páidí Ó Sé's Pub, a 2-minute drive away. This quaint pub has a strong feeling of tradition, not just from the perspective of sports but also from the visits of notable politicians, actors, and other celebrities. The place exudes a genuine sense of tranquillity in the heart of one of Ireland’s Gaelic-speaking areas. Ventry Inn pub is located in the heart of Ventry village and is a 30 min walk along the beach.

1. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
