The Asperula apartment is located on the first floor in the Corte della Casera, a period building dating back to the end of 1800 in the historic center of Cassina Valsassina. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, and a large terrace.
The Asperula apartment is located on the second floor and has a large private porch equipped for outdoor dining. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a 32" smart TV, a table and chairs, and a sideboard with a wood-burning fireplace (use on request). Like the living area, the kitchen is also complete and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and refrigerator, and overlooks the large porch. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, both with hypoallergenic mattresses, beech slatted frames and memory foam pillows. The bathroom with window has a shower. The heating is independent and WiFi is guaranteed throughout the structure. The Asperula apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with a ski and bicycle storage room, tool area for bike and ski maintenance, laundry and coin-operated dryer for the use of all guests.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. In addition, there is a courtyard shared with 2 other apartments. The location is great for easy access to Piani di Bobbio, Piani di Artavaggio and the wonderful Lake Como. It is located on the second floor without an elevator. Free and free parking is available less than 100 meters from the apartment. In addition, 250 meters away there is a convenient free shuttle to the ski facilities!
