It has 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, a beautiful well equipped kitchen with peninsula and a living room with large windows to ensure a magnificent view of the pool. Outside you find a porch with sunbeds and outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, barbecue, large private garden of approximately 800 mt and 2 parking spaces included.
