The residence offers a swimming pool with a children’s area, a sun terrace and an elevator. The apartment on the third floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. It also includes a spacious terrace and modern comforts such as electric shutters, microwave, dishwasher, satellite TV, A/C, washing machine, free WI-FI, and 1 private parking space per booking.
