Perfect for couples, friends or travel companions, it combines the beauty of original modernist architecture with contemporary décor that creates a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.

With a surface area of 60 m², the apartment is divided into two well-defined areas. The first includes a bedroom with two single beds 90 cm integrated into the living area, a bathroom with shower, a dining space and a small kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full cookware, tableware and glassware. The living room features a large window overlooking the building’s inner courtyard, filling the space with pleasant natural light throughout the day.

The second area contains an independent bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower. This room stands out for its charm and historical character, preserving a decorative period fireplace and two original modernist cupboards restored as wardrobes. It also offers a spacious balcony with views, with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a drink at sunset.

The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a minibar (extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort.
