The cottage was great, all you would need for a good relaxing holiday, we did have a problem with the boiler on arrival but that was quickly sorted out by the agency, in all the cottage was perfect for our needs, the only down side was the fact we had our car keyed outside the cottage, but I suppose that could happen anywhere!

Thank you for your lovely review. We’re so pleased to hear the cottage had everything you needed for a relaxing holiday and that it was perfect for your stay. We do apologise again for the boiler issue on arrival, but we’re glad our team was able to resolve it quickly for you. We’re very sorry to hear about the incident with your car — that must have been frustrating. As you mentioned, unfortunately it’s something that can happen anywhere, but we completely understand how disappointing that would have been. Thank you again for your kind comments, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.
