The cabin was great for a couples getaway. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, plenty of towels, linens, and blankets. Very clean! Great communication, although we didn’t need anything extra.

Gorgeous cabin and great hosts

The river cabin is beautiful, with a lovely view of the water. Loved the kitchen and all the comforts -- Jim and Emilie were fantastic and so kind and helpful. Close enough to Chattanooga to do the tourist stuff but far enough so it was serene. Very happy and hope yo go back!

Beautiful !

We loved the cabin and our host were very sweet and helpful!!! The only challenge was the traffic noise on the highway in front of the cabin. It was loud and heavy . probably related to hurricane Helene, wiith 1 40 closed

Great place and Awesome Host

This place is very close to several boat docks and hiking trails, including lookout mountain, Racoon Mtn and several other places. Me and my wife did a week long stay for a kayak fishing trip and had a great time. The host invited us over for burgers on the the 4th of July. Very Great People. Highly recommend them if your visiting Chattanooga area for anything outdoorsy. They are approximately 15-20min from downtown Chattanooga as well.

Cabin in the Mountains

Absolutely wonderful!! From the property managers to our cabin, we were very pleased. Flawless check-in procedure. The cabin had everything needed, and was neat, cozy, and very clean. Special thanks to Jim & Emilie, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!

This Cabin and These Hosts are Awesome

This cabin was great. It was clean. Everything that we needed was provided and easy to find. Hiking and river activities are near by. It's close to downtown, yet far enough for peaceful quiet evenings. Check in and check out couldn't have been any easier. Emilie and Jim were wonderful hosts. An absolutely lovely experience.

Great cabin getaway

Far enough from the hustle, close enough to the city. Clean, comfortable- we didn’t cook but had nice provisions if we had wanted to. Best covered front porch ever!!

Great, cozy cabin

Excellent space and very clean. The owners live right next door, but gave us our space and let me know that if we needed anything, we could ask or call. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Great in every way

The cabin is wonderful. Clean and spacious with everything we needed. The rockers on the porch were our favorite place. Emilie and Jim are excellent hosts; we loved meeting them. We will certainly stay at the cabin again next time we visit the area.

Coming down to an area we like

Good house, great hosts

Overall this was exactly what we were looking for. Nice little place outside the city with a great river & hills view from the front porch (facing east). We would stay here again if we were visiting the area. The hosts were gracious enough to give us a jump start when our car wouldn't start, and I'm sure they would have fixed any other problems that came up. For the sake of being thorough I would say that the driveway is kind of steep, and there is some road noise as it's right off a 55 mph road (just to temper your expectations of perfection). All told, it really is a good compromise between a quiet, rustic place and being only ~15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

Nice Cabin

Cabin was clean and neat! Enjoyed our stay! Thought we would have more of a view of the TN River that was advertised but it was ok. Road in front was super busy..didn’t realize how close to the road we would be. All in all a nice location to things we wanted to do near Chattanooga

First class property and property manager

My wife and I have stayed at almost a dozen different units via VRBO. This was by far the nicest one yet. The unit is furnished with everything you might need. It is spacious and is a first class property. Close to downtown Chattanooga but still feels rural and is right next to the river. Jim and Emilie are exceptionally kind and went out of their way to make sure our stay went well.
