Follow the outside stairs to the lower level, where the allure of the private pool awaits.



The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a 4-pit gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, and citrus press. Everything you need for creating memorable meals is at your fingertips.



On the upper level there is also 1 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and fitted wardrobes. A separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet adds convenience to this level.



Descend the internal staircase where you find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a fitted wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom boasts a double bed, air conditioning, a fitted wardrobe, and access to the pool terrace. The final bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, a ventilator, and a fitted wardrobe. A separate bathroom with a bath-shower combination, sink, bidet, and toilet completes this level.



Outside you’ll find the 10×4 pool. The pool can be heated upon request (see conditions below), ensuring your comfort in all seasons. Multiple dining tables and eight sunbeds offer the perfect setting for poolside relaxation and outdoor gatherings.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this complex.

2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 10th. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
