Villa Bartol is a new, modern, and beautifully decorated holiday home with a private swimming pool, located in the peaceful village of Katun Trviški in central Istria, near the town of Pazin.

Set on a well-maintained private property of 1,000 m2, Villa Bartol offers everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. Guests can enjoy a private 32 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and a parasol. Younger guests will love the small playground, while table tennis and darts provide fun for all ages. The covered terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a barbecue, making it perfect for al fresco dining. Two private parking spaces and two bicycles are available for guests.

The villa offers 150 m2 of living space spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room with direct access to the terrace, as well as one bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, and access to a balcony. A separate guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom. These bedrooms share a spacious balcony, providing a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Villa Bartol is an excellent choice for guests seeking a modern and comfortable holiday home that offers privacy, nature, and easy access to the highlights of central Istria. The surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers, with numerous hiking and cycling trails winding through forests and meadows. Thanks to its central position, the villa is a perfect base for exploring the peninsula, with almost every corner of Istria reachable within 30 minutes.

The coastal town of Poreč and its beautiful beaches are only 30 minutes away by car, making it easy to combine a peaceful countryside stay with seaside relaxation. Guests can also enjoy dolphin-watching tours from Poreč or Rovinj, or seek adventure with horseback riding, paintball, or zip-lining over the Pazin Cave. Don’t forget to indulge in Istria’s renowned cuisine—prosciutto, cheese, truffles, and fresh seafood await.

The nearest grocery shop and bar are just 800 meters from the villa. Larger supermarkets such as Plodine, Lidl, and Eurospin are located in Pazin, only 5 km away, or a 5-minute drive.
