Can Rinel is a fine example of modern architecture with high spec installations, comfort and great sea views of Aiguablava bay. Built into the side of the hill the house is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. With its combination of exposed concrete, glass and wood the house has a certain minimalist style yet exudes comfort and warmth.
All fixtures and fittings are brand new from the fully equipped Baulthaup kitchen to the main living area sofas and chairs. The house has integrated air conditioning in the bedrooms and each room has individual temperature settings. The house benefits from 50 - 100 meg WiFi.
There's also a laundry room and a private garage for two cars.
