Cove Cottage - Brewers Quay Harbour

Cove Cottage is a characterful holiday cottage, situated just a stone's throw from the Old Harbour. The cottage has been renovated to maintain the original cottage charm, whilst providing a modern twist. Located in the perfect spot for exploring the area, with the beach at Newtons Cove just a short walk away. One dog welcome, parking for one car in nearby car park.

On arrival at Cove Cottage, you are greeted by an inviting and open plan living and dining room, tastefully furnished with a mix of original cottage features and contemporary décor. The living room boasts a wood burning stove for the cooler months, along with a feature bay window, easy seating for four guests and a smart TV. The dining area is open plan with the living room, complete with a circular dining table. The dining area leads through to the newly fitted kitchen, which is flooded with natural light from the skylight window above.

The kitchen is sleek and compact, filled with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Doors open out to the enclosed rear garden, with space for eating al fresco on a summers evening.

The shower room is on the ground floor, with a large walk in shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and W.C. A cottage staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find two tastefully decorated bedrooms; one King bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Please note; due to the age of the cottage, the staircase is steep and traditional of a cottage of this age and style.

The property has a private enclosed rear courtyard garden, with a patio area and seating. We accept one dog per booking. We provide a parking permit, which enables you to park one car in a nearby residents car park free of charge throughout your stay.
