It was a pleasure to deal with the owner, Justin, who was very helpful and responsive. We were a family of five, his house was clean, with all the amenities we needed, comfortable, close enough to central London but quiet and safe. There are great eating places 5 minutes away and we especially enjoyed the "Bird House" for breakfast. When we next go to London we will definitely look to stay there again. Thank you!

Wandsworth

A pleasant place for a short term stay with great proximity to transport. It was also very quite and hosts were responsive. However it would have been good to have been informed about the dishwasher not working before we arrived. Anything that is advertised, which is not functioning, should be notified to the renter before arrival.

Lovely Apartment, Disappointing Host

Overall, the apartment is in a decent location and is well-maintained. However, my experience with the host was extremely negative. The host abruptly kicked me out, claiming the payment was fraudulent. He changed the locks and held my belongings hostage. Without first contacting me to discuss the payment issue, he claimed to have video evidence and canceled the booking. He ignored all my calls and messages. Eventually, I had to beg the maintenance guy to unlock the door. Although the host initially told me it would take four hours to retrieve my things, the maintenance guy kindly unlocked the door within 20 minutes. I have evidence proving the payment was made from my card, but the host ignored it and even refused to communicate with VRBO when they intervened. While the apartment itself is lovely, the host's behavior and poor communication were unacceptable. I am requesting a refund.
