Welcome to the warm and charming villa.

The Villa takes its name spelling Creole Gaiac of an old tree on the property, which continues to push after being damaged by Hurricane Irma. The native tree is gorgeous, with purple flowers and branches sprawling across a bench by the pool.



The Villa and traditional style, warm and charming in an ideal geographic area. It is five minutes from Gustavia , Saint-Jean and also the beach of Anse des Cayes , restaurants, supermarkets and the airport.



The Space:

LIVING ROOM, LUNCHROOM

Living room open to the swimming pool and the ocean which includes a lounge area with a beige velvet corner sofa and green, yellow, pink and patterned cushions, as well as a wooden table, and a high definition flat screen TV with Canal Satellite, Dish Network and sound system, telephone, WIFI, fan. The indoor dining area with ocean view features a wooden table with four chairs. Located behind the kitchen there is also a covered outdoor dining table which allows alfresco dining.



COOKED

Equipped for eight people. Breakfast bar with four wooden stools. Fridge and freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, blender, blender, electric kettle, espresso and Nespresso machine, citrus juicer, dishwasher, toaster.

The magnificent swimming pool is heated, there are deckchairs available to relax, seats, plants. Gas barbecue and outdoor showers.
