Au Pied Des Tours is a particularly pleasant and comfortable holiday home, located in walking distance from Chateaurenard (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). It's an ideal base for discovering the beautiful Provence region with all its villages and towns, such as Eyragues, Saint-Rémy, Ile-sur-la-Sorgue,... discover.



This holiday home in the south of France offers a contemporary, comfortable and modern interior. All the rooms are on the ground floor, making it perfect for those with a little more difficulty walking. The three bedrooms are spacious, with fitted wardrobes and plenty of natural light. The living room and open-plan kitchen open onto the large terrace, which is naturally covered in Provençal vegetation. From the terrace, you have a view of the garden, the private pool and the magnificent mountain scenery. The private pool (oval: 4mx3m and 1.30 m deep) is above ground and therefore very safe for young children.



The garden is fully enclosed and offers plenty of space for children. There is also a barbecue for pleasant summer evenings. There is a cat on site who sleeps outside.



A 10-minute walk takes you to the centre of Chateaurenard along a pretty riverside path, which is just behind the house. It's an ideal walk in the morning to pick up croissants from the local bakery or to enjoy an aperitif in the evening on one of the town's many terraces. Every Sunday, you can also do your shopping at the local market in the centre of Chateaurenard. Although the property is close to the village centre, holidaymakers enjoy the peace and quiet of this residential area.

The house cat remains on site, a beautiful calico cat and very social.
