Accommodation Rules:

Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Guests must refrain from disturbing or disrespecting neighbors.
Parties or events are not permitted.
Pets are welcome but must be leashed and under control at all times within the condominium.
At least one guest must be 18 years of age or older to check in.
The maximum occupancy limit must not be exceeded, including visitors.
A security deposit is required on the day of check-in, refundable within 7 days after check-out.
Guests must adhere to these and other accommodation rules as outlined in the Local Accommodation Book.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a call on your mobile phone to arrange the check-in time and location, and to accommodate any special requests you may have prior to arrival.
